10-15 years of Oracle EBS experience with strong R12 expertise (12.1 or 12.2)
Proven track record delivering 2-3+ full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM Manufacturing implementations
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management
Strong expertise in Manufacturing modules: BOM, WIP and Cost Management
Experience leading implementations as a functional SME, not support-only roles
Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and manufacturing process flows
Hands-on experience with item structures, inventory costing and procurement approvals
Demonstrated ability to manage full implementation lifecycles including CRP, UAT, cutover and go-live
Experience coordinating RICEFW development, integrations and data migration
Strong facilitation skills for business workshops and solution design sessions
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience with R12 upgrades (12.1 to 12.2) is advantageous
Oracle Fusion SCM exposure is beneficial
Discrete manufacturing or asset-intensive industry experience is desirable

They are looking for an Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Manufacturing Implementation Lead to join them on a 6 month contract in Warsaw. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant ERP implementations and apply your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges.

Position Overview

As the Oracle EBS R12 SCM Manufacturing Lead, you'll take functional ownership of supply chain and manufacturing module implementations. You'll lead the design, configuration and deployment of Oracle R12 solutions across procurement, inventory, order management and manufacturing processes. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to user acceptance testing, cutover and go-live support.
