5+ years of experience in cloud/platform engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Solid knowledge of Azure platform architecture and Landing Zones
Experience with Azure governance, security, networking, and IAM
Practical experience with AKS / Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Understanding of cloud security and enterprise architecture principles
Experience working in large-scale or regulated environments, preferably financial services
Ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed, international team
Good English communication skills

Optional

Experience with Azure Policy, Management Groups, Azure Monitor, and Defender for Cloud
Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or similar IaC technologies
Experience designing internal developer platforms
Knowledge of platform engineering and self-service cloud capabilities
Experience with API management and platform APIs
Familiarity with modern cloud-native architectures and microservices
Previous experience in banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries
