It would be great if you also had

• Experience building Kubernetes operators or
  controllers, ideally in Go
• Familiarity with AWS managed data services
  such as RDS, Aurora, or related database
  tooling
• Exposure to multi-region architecture,
  disaster recovery, or distributed database
  patterns
