Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of designing complex digital products.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in or familiarity with the manufacturing industry and product development workflows (e.g., PLM, Digital Thread, engineering design automation, or related B2B enterprise domains).
  • Process & Tools: Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, Lean UX, and design thinking principles; hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Research & Analytics: Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and analyze user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to generate order and clarity from ambiguity and chaos, with experience designing both new concepts and extending deployed, mission-critical systems.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong skills in communicating design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across dispersed teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in B2B SaaS or complex multi-channel systems (preferred).
  • General understanding of front-end platforms (e.g., React, Angular) and awareness of ML/AI concepts (preferred).
  • Degree in Design, User Experience, Human Factors, or a related field (preferred).
