Program Manager

• At least 6+ years of experience in program/project management in IT


• Proven track record of leading large-scale IT programs


• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies


• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Good command of English

Nice to Have

• Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry


• Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or PMI-ACP


• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)


• Understanding of budgeting and financial planning in IT programs
