Project Manager, KRAKÓW
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst delivering software products/projects end-to-end, preferably in complex enterprise environments
- Strong support operations and user-facing service mindset: structured triage, high-volume query handling, calm and solutions-led approach to escalations
- Business analysis and requirements engineering: eliciting requirements, documenting scope, assumptions, dependencies, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Delivery coordination and ownership: RAID management, prioritisation, end-to-end request ownership from intake to closure
- Confident stakeholder communication: crisp updates, SLA/ETA management, and ability to influence without formal authority
- Practical Agile experience: backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, Jira (epics, stories, workflow tracking, dashboards) and Confluence (playbooks, FAQs, decision logs)
- Metrics-driven mindset: defining and tracking operational KPIs, building stakeholder dashboards, Lean approach to process improvement
Nice to have:
- High-level familiarity with AI/ML concepts and lifecycle (enough to guide onboarding conversations)
- Experience in regulated environments with awareness of governance, risk, security, and data privacy controls
- Basic understanding of cloud/platform services and access management
- Workshop facilitation, note-taking, and action tracking experience
- Strong documentation habits and customer journey/process improvement mindset

You'll step in as a Project Manager, working closely with engineers, platform operations, and governance partners to act as the central control role for the AI platform onboarding experience. Your role will be central to triaging inbound requests, guiding teams through onboarding end-to-end, tracking issues to resolution, and ensuring users always have clear updates, timelines, and next steps – not just execution.
