Your role
As a QA Specialist, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of our software throughout the development lifecycle, with a focus on fiscal and legal requirements. You will work closely with Development, Product, Operations, and Support teams to identify issues early, support successful releases, and ensure our solutions meet functional and compliance requirements.
What you will do
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures with emphasis on fiscal / legal compliance;
- Perform Shift-left testing during the software development process;
- Perform full-scope testing during entire software development process lifecycle including regression testing after product release;
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers;
- Identify, analyse, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content;
- Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability;
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Liaise with Operations / Product Implementation and Support Teams to assist during initial fiscal interface deployments either remotely or on site, provide trainings and/or assist with documentation preparation
