Your Background:

1. University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
2. 8+ years of experience in senior technical roles.
3. Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) with deep understanding of RAII, smart pointers, STL, concurrency, and memory management.
4. Practical knowledge of C# development in plus.
5. Strong experience with multithreading, synchronization primitives, asynchronous I/O and real-time system design.
6. Proficiency with building systems (CMake, Visual Studio) and cross-platform development for Windows and Linux.
7. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture patterns.
8. Demonstrated experience with performance profiling, optimization, and low-latency systems.
9. Understanding of software architecture principles and secure, scalable system design.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
11. Good understanding of unit and integration testing techniques and testing frameworks.
12. Knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
13. Practical experience developing systems for power grid management and monitoring.
14. Understanding of power grid operations and applicable standards.
15. Experience with industrial automation systems (SCADA, IED, RTU) in plus.
