Required Skills

• Strong experience in React + TypeScript for production apps


• Hands-on with Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries (e.g., Radix UI, shadcn/ui)


• Proven background in building real-time streaming UIs


• Expertise in managing complex client-side state (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)


• Comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of daily workflow

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (entities, activity types)


• Experience integrating streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based workflows)
