Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant

Required: 

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant 
• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support 
• Strong expertise in core Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (specify Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, or CPQ if relevant to the role) 
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, Process Builder (legacy), Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards 
• Experience with data model design (Objects, Fields, Relationships, Record Types, Page Layouts) 
• Strong understanding of Sales/Service business processes (lead-to-cash, case management, opportunity management) 
• Experience with Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults) 
• Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) 
• Experience writing functional/technical specifications and collaborating with developers on Apex/Lightning Web Components (LWC) customizations 
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, or point-to-point integrations) 
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills 
• Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) 
• English level: B2 or higher (C1 preferred, given senior/client-facing role) 

Nice to have: 

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) 
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience migration projects 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology 
• Experience managing or mentoring junior consultants Industry-specific experience (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.) 
• Experience with CPQ, Pardot/Account Engagement, or Einstein Analytics Pre-sales or solution architecture experience
