• Deloitte Central Europe's Human Capital practice is growing, and we're looking for a technical-functional SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team.


• Experience & expertise


• 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, plus 2-3 talent modules


• At least 3 completed EC implementations


• Data migration experience is a plus


• Experience working across multiple projects at once


• Capability to lead smaller workstreams

• Strong at gathering, assessing, and translating business requirements into system configurations


• Confident communicator, able to explain system configurations in clear business language


• Comfortable leading workshops and managing stakeholders
