What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in project, programme, or business management roles.
  • Proven project delivery experience within the banking or financial services domain.
  • Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Agile delivery approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support distributed, multi-disciplinary technology teams.
  • Experience managing complex delivery portfolios, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong commercial and operational awareness, including capacity planning, resource management, budgets, and funding changes.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into practical delivery plans and make sound decisions in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills across senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Avaloq technology and private banking platforms is an advantage
