General Ledger Team Leader, KRAKÓW

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
