  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage).
  • At least 7 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity and/or international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish statutory accounting, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with accounting requirements in at least one other European country (e.g. Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, or France).
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting.
  • Experience working with external accounting providers and auditors.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI solutions within Finance.

Location: Kraków
