Senior AI Engineer, REMOTE WARSAW

Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering

Experience in building production AI systems or data-intensive systems

Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and tool use/function calling

Experience in end-to-end system design (APIs, data pipelines, retrieval, cloud)

Ability to define and measure AI system quality (trade-offs: cost, latency, quality)

Experience delivering systems from prototype to production in agile environments

Strong architectural thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills

Very good English communication skills (min. B2+/C1)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Senior AI Solutions Engineer for our client’s central AI Technologies team. The role focuses on building modern, production-grade AI systems based on LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows, used across multiple products.

The engineer will develop shared, reusable AI capabilities and help define standards and best practices for AI-native engineering in a multi-product environment.
