What you bring:

• 4-6 years of experience in management/technology consulting, project management, or within an internal innovation/technology team.


• AI & Tech Literacy: A deep understanding of current AI capabilities (LLMs, GenAI, RAG architectures, Machine Learning, NLP, and cognitive services on Azure, AWS, or GCP). You do not need to write code, but you must understand how these technologies work under the hood and what their limitations are.


• Ability to structure complex problems, work with data, and translate insights into clear recommendations for client executives.


• Ability to explain complex technological concepts in a simple, understandable way to both developers and C-level executives.


• Professional fluency in English and native Czech/Slovak (for daily communication and deliverable creation in both languages) are mandatory


• Based in Prague


• Nice to Have


• Certifications in agile management (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or cloud technologies (Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, etc.).


• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) or basic programming (Python).
