• 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure administration, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong, hands-on production experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Practical experience with Azure Bicep and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Solid knowledge of Azure networking and cloud connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Container Apps.
• Practical experience with Azure SQL.
• Good understanding of cloud security and infrastructure security principles.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues across multiple technology layers: application → OS → network → database → cloud.
• Experience working with third-party applications, vendors, and external technology providers.
• Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and lead infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Security, Network, Development, and Data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and share technical knowledge.

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Infrastructure Lead, or Cloud Lead.
• Experience with Azure Architecture and solution design.
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks.
• Experience with ITIL practices.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), and High Availability (HA).
• Knowledge of Azure Cost Management / FinOps.
• Experience establishing infrastructure standards, architectural guidelines, and engineering best practices.
