Senior Backend Engineer
- Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience in backend software development.
- Domain Exposure: Experience or a strong interest in building scalable IoT applications and handling real-time data streams.
- PHP & Frameworks: Excellent knowledge of the latest PHP versions (8.x) and the modern Symfony (versions 7+) ecosystem.
- Soft Skills & Mindset: High level of self-sufficiency and full accountability for the delivered solutions. We are looking for an engaged professional who can independently analyze a problem, propose an optimal solution, and drive tasks to completion.
- Patterns & Methodologies: Strong command of design patterns, SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, Clean Code approach, and TDD (Test-Driven Development).
- Workflow & Tools: Experience working in a product team delivering tasks within the Kanban methodology using Jira.
- Databases & Architecture: Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL environments; practical experience with microservices-based architecture.
- Queues & Messaging: Experience with RabbitMQ or pub/sub systems (knowledge of NATS is a plus).
- Containerization & Ecosystem: Everyday work with Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins), and a good command of Linux.
- Observability: Knowledge of or willingness to work with the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) for application monitoring and logging.

- Golang: If you already know the basics of Go – great! If not, but you have a solid backend foundation, are highly self-sufficient, and want to write in Go – this is the perfect role for you. You will learn Go best practices directly from senior developers.
- GIS Systems: Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems), spatial databases (e.g., PostGIS), or processing geospatial data is a significant advantage.
