Senior Developer Experience Engineer, KRAKÓW

Strong hands-on engineering skills with experience in building templates, automation, developer tooling, or onboarding assets.

Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js (strong in at least one).

Ability to design developer experiences that make the “right path” the easiest path.

Confidence in writing clear technical content for large audiences (docs, how-tos, examples).

Production mindset – security, resilience, observability, and supportability matter here.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – from senior leaders to large developer groups.

You’ll work hands-on to create templates, automation, documentation, and reference implementations while staying close to developer feedback to turn friction into fixes.
