Required Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of IAM experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Saviynt implementation experience.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Application Onboarding
    • Identity Repositories
    • Access Policies
    • Connectors
    • Campaigns
    • Analytics
    • Workflow Configurations
  • Advanced SQL and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Saviynt Certification.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models.
  • Exposure to Programming and scripting (like PowerShell, python, bash)
  • Understanding of ISO27001, SOX, GDPR, and audit requirements.

The Senior Engineer will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and operating enterprise Saviynt IGA solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in application onboarding, identity governance processes, integration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Implementation

  • Lead medium-size Saviynt implementation initiatives.
  • Design and configure:
    • Access Request Workflows
  • Certification Campaigns
  • RBAC Models
  • SoD Policies
  • Birthright Access Models
  • Develop reusable technical standards and deployment patterns.

Integration Engineering

  • Design integrations with:
    • AD / Azure AD
    • HR Systems
    • Databases
    • Cloud Applications
    • ServiceNow
  • Develop and troubleshoot API, JDBC, and file-based integrations.
  • Support identity correlation and reconciliation processes.

Operations Excellence

  • Resolve L2/L3 issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Improve operational stability through automation.
  • Monitor platform performance and capacity.
  • Support audits and compliance activities.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Architecture, Security, Application Owners, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in design reviews and governance forums.
