Senior IT Analyst Mortgage Solutions

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst, preferably within financial services or mortgage-related solutions
Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements, including translating them into user stories and development tasks
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience with process and system modelling (UML, BPMN) and ability to create clear, structured documentation
Understanding of system integrations (APIs/REST) and knowledge of databases (SQL)
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Experience in mortgage or lending domain and understanding of loan lifecycle
Experience supporting testing activities (e.g. UAT, test scenarios)
Familiarity with regulatory environments and large, distributed organizations
