Senior Java Developer

Our requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring / Spring Boot
• Solid experience with REST APIs
• Practical experience with microservices
• Experience working with relational databases
• Good understanding of software development best practices, testing and CI/CD
• Experience building scalable and reliable applications
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the travel, aviation or e-commerce industry
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and modern deployment practices
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) or experience using AI to improve engineering workflows
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-based solutions into applications
• Experience working in international and distributed engineering teams
