Senior Product Engineer Identity & Access Management
- 6-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Strong proficiency with IAM platforms such as SailPoint and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management processes
- Knowledge of access governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience with OpenLDAP and IBM Security Access Manager
- Familiarity with Workday Workforce Lifecycle, Organisation and Absence Management

Position Overview
As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll play a vital role in managing identity and access management processes across the organisation's enterprise applications. You'll oversee the complete Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle, ensuring secure and compliant access provisioning and deprovisioning. This position requires close collaboration with security and business teams to maintain effective access governance, support certification campaigns, and integrate HR systems with IAM platforms to streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows.
