Senior Robotics AI & Simulation Engineer, REMOTE
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development with deep expertise in C/C++ and Python
- MSc or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
- Hands-on experience with robotics simulation, particularly in synthetic data generation, simulation-first robotics development, or reinforcement learning scenarios
- Experience with AI and robotics frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2)
- Experience with simulation environments and rendering tools
- Knowledge of computer vision and perception methods
- Familiarity with modern AI approaches (e.g., reinforcement learning, generative AI, NLP)
- Experience with GPU computing
- Proven ability to design robust software architectures and develop complex, high-performance algorithms
- Strong proficiency in Linux environments with a solid understanding of networking, communication protocols, and cloud services for complex multi-robot systems and robot–cloud integration
- Experience with testing strategies, continuous integration, MLOps practices, as well as building, deploying, and monitoring of complex systems
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written
