Senior Test Data Manager

,[Define and implement an enterprise-level Test Data Management strategy in cooperation with Central Data Provisioning team , Establish TDM governance, ownership models, roles and responsibilities across teams and ARTs , Develop policies and standards covering test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, retention, refresh cycles and regulatory compliance , Assess the current state of test data processes, tools, responsibilities and data flows , Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and inefficiencies within the existing TDM landscape , Map critical end-to-end business journeys and their test data dependencies , Design the target TDM operating model and introduce scalable self-service test data capabilities for development and testing teams , Define and implement automated test data provisioning approaches , Integrate Test Data Management processes with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks , Enable on-demand test data generation, provisioning and refresh capabilities , Support the adoption of synthetic data and AI-driven approaches to test data generation , Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure TDM effectiveness and quality , Lead Proof of Concept and pilot initiatives and coordinate the rollout and adoption of TDM solutions across the Home Journey area , Cooperate with technical teams, testing teams, data owners, compliance functions and other key stakeholders ] Requirements: Data management, Testing, Automated testing, CI/CD Pipelines, QA, GDPR, DevOps, TDM, Test Data Management, Tricentis Tosca, Informatica, Cloud, SOA, Jenkins, SOAP, XML, WSDL Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare, Employee referral bonus.
