- IT-related educational background or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platforms
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of SharePoint Subscription Edition
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 / 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019
- Understanding of networking principles, including networks, firewalls, proxy servers, protocols and addressing
- Practical experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, JSOM and REST
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and supporting frameworks such as React, Node.js or Angular
- Previous experience with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines and pull requests
- Knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint Workflows and PowerShell
- Experience with third-party SharePoint migration tools, e.g. ShareGate
- Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Power Apps will be an advantage
- Microsoft SharePoint-related certification will be an advantage
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
