System Administrator Endpoint Management & IT Support
- 4-6 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM or ManageEngine Endpoint Central
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting tools
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
