Proven experience in a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.

Strong hands-on development background in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern frontend architectures.

Experience delivering full-stack solutions, including working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), and secure development practices.

Ability to guide system design decisions and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.

Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with React Query, Redux Toolkit, PostgreSQL, and containerized/cloud-native environments.

Exposure to observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Micrometer) and automated testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright, JUnit).

You’ll lead and mentor engineers, establish best practices, and deliver robust, secure, and high-performing solutions across the stack – from modern UIs to backend integration. Your leadership will shape the engineering culture and ensure alignment between technology and business goals.
