Technical Business Analyst
- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience working in an agile software development environment.
- Strong understanding of product backlog management and agile delivery processes.
- Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Draw.io, DataDog, or similar.
- Understanding of AWS environments and microservices-based applications.
- General understanding of networks, databases, and software architecture concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions across business and technical teams.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Knowledge of SAFe practices and frameworks.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Communication skills in German is a plus.
