Technical Project Manager, WARSAW

8–12 years of experience managing complex technology projects.

Proven experience delivering Smart Building, Digital Infrastructure, or Intelligent Building projects.

Strong understanding of technologies such as ICT, ELV, Audio Visual (AV), Security Systems, Access Control, Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Workplace solutions, or other Smart Building technologies.

Experience managing multiple technology vendors and coordinating technology delivery within large-scale construction or fit-out projects.

Good understanding of testing & commissioning, systems integration, and operational readiness processes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

PMP certification is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and international project environment

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Smart Building & Digital Systems program.
• You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of technology workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, contractors, consultants, and technology vendors throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• You will play a key role in driving project execution from design and procurement through implementation, testing & commissioning, and operational handover.
