  • University degree in finance, economics, mathematics, physics, engineering or similar discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of financial instruments, valuation techniques and fair value adjustment frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of VBA, Access and SQL is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, particularly managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing ambition and drive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • CFA or FRM qualification is advantageous.

We are looking for a Valuation Control Business Analyst to join the Product Control team in Kraków. You will take on a pivotal role managing a significant system migration project whilst overseeing critical valuation and control processes. Position Overview

As Valuation Control Business Analyst, you will sit within the Product Control function, ensuring that financial instruments are valued accurately and controlled in line with best practice, IFRS accounting standards and group policies. Your primary focus will be managing the end-to-end migration of an equity desk to a new primary trading system, a complex project requiring coordination across Product Control, Front Office, IT and Operations. You will maintain valuation integrity throughout this transition whilst supervising fair value adjustment calculations, independent price verification processes and prudent valuation assessments. Your work will directly support the organisation's commitment to robust governance, accurate financial reporting and controlled business change.
