Vendor Management Analyst, KRAKÓW



  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance, Architecture, Risk, and senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarise complex data into key insights.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and governance documentation.

  • Mindset focused on process improvement, standardisation, and simplification.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritising effectively in a global, distributed environment.

  • Familiarity with FSA/FSW frameworks.

  • Experience with vendor consolidation, contract renegotiation, or cost optimisation initiatives would be beneficial.
