Workday Functional Consultant

• We're looking for people with approximately 1-2 years of experience in HR technology and/or consulting.


• You don't need to come from a particular academic background.


• What matters more is whether you:


• Have initial experience with Compensation or Advance Compensation modules


• Learn quickly and enjoy tackling unfamiliar problems


• Can turn ambiguity into structured questions and actions


• Are comfortable speaking with clients


• Can explain complex topics simply


• Take ownership of your work and follow things through


• Manage deadlines and changing priorities


• Proactively seek answers, expertise and support


• Can challenge ideas constructively


• Enjoy building relationships and working with people


• Are fluent in English


• Previous Workday experience is valuable, but Workday knowledge alone isn't what we're hiring for.
