Working Student – IT Support

• Good knowledge of English, both
  written and verbal

  Interest and experience in
  standard PC environment
• 
  Experience in working in
  Windows 11
• 
  Understanding for PC hardware,
  how it connects and operates
• 
  Service-minded with a
  problem-solving mindset
• 
  Comfortable to work in MS Outlook,
  Excel and Word
• 
  Well-structured and interested
  in learning, understanding and improving internal processes
• 
  Basic knowledge of Active
  Directory and computer network set will be an advantage

In this role, you will be responsible for managing PCs and accessories, troubleshooting hardware and printer issues, supporting meeting room audio-video equipment, and preparing workstations for new colleagues. You will also play an important part in coordinating network-related issues and raising incidents to the right support teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has a problem-solving mindset, and wants to develop their skills in a supportive and international setting.

It is a part
time position – 20 hours a week

,[Manging stock of company PCs/accessories/mobile, Phones. Assist with disposal of the old hardware , Troubleshoot hardware issues,, PCs reinstallation , Support office printers , Support audio-video equipment, In conference rooms , Prepare workplaces for new, Employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.) , Support network troubleshooting, Between ISP and company network department , Create incidents/service, Request to company support teams ] Requirements: Windows, MS Outlook, Excel, Active Directory
