Account Architect, KRAKÓW KATOWICE
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or solution architecture
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking
- Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- Good understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes, including infrastructure lifecycle management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical teams and business stakeholders
- Consulting mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and security operations
- Experience in banking or financial services environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Terraform, APIs, and workflow automation technologies is an advantage
- Fluency in English

We are looking for an experienced Account Architect to support and drive infrastructure transformation initiatives within a large-scale banking environment. The role combines architecture leadership, automation strategy, operational transformation, and client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to define target architectures, identify optimization opportunities, and support delivery of strategic initiatives across infrastructure, security, automation, and service management.aintaining our CRM system and supporting the monitoring of business development costs.
