AVP Fund Accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 9 years of experience in fund accounting, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Hedge fund or alternative investment fund experience preferred
• Strong systems, product, and operational knowledge
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACA) — qualified, part-qualified, or actively pursuing — is an advantage

We are seeking a Fund Accounting Assistant Vice President to oversee the NAV calculation process and lead a team within a fast-paced hedge fund administration environment. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and direct client interaction, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. ,[Manage accurate and timely daily/monthly NAV calculations, Lead and develop a fund accounting team of up to 20 people, Collaborate with Vice Presidents to guide team strategy and client service delivery, Oversee client relationships and ensure high-quality service, Improve and optimize fund accounting workflows and procedures, Review fee calculations, P&L allocations, and complex instrument accounting, Support fund audits and prepare financial statements, Lead onboarding and transitions for new clients, Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, Address complex queries and escalate issues when necessary, Coordinate with internal departments such as Investor Services, QA, and Compliance] Requirements: MS Excel, Accounting Standards Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Small teams, International projects, Private healthcare, Free coffee, Bike parking, Free beverages, In-house trainings, Modern office.
