Fund Accounting Supervisor, REMOTE

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in hedge fund administration.
• Proficiency in IT tools and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail paired with solid organizational abilities.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of fund accounting systems, financial instruments, and core processes.

A Fund Accounting Supervisor is expected to oversee a team of up to four Fund Accountants, while actively supporting their professional development and contributing to the broader growth of the NAV team.
