Business Analyst, KATOWICE


  • Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Technologies, or a related field

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs

  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and REST APIs

  • Practical knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data analysis

  • Experience with CRM, Billing, or Sales-to-Cash processes

  • Experience in the energy sector, preferably within the Polish market, is an advantage

  • Fluent in Polish and English

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset
As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.
