Business Development Representative – German & English | Google Pay | Krakow

Location: Krakow, Poland
Work model: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00
Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month
Relocation: Required, with 2,600 PLN gross reimbursement after relocation/start.

This is a Business Development Representative position using German and English to support business growth. Candidates need at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, advertising, Google/Meta Ads, cloud or tech sales.

The ideal profile has experience with sales KPIs, closing and outbound sales, is fluent in German and English, and is willing to relocate to Krakow.
