Customer Care Representative with German

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B Customer Service / Customer Care / Order Management or a similar role
• Professional experience in an international environment
• Fluent German – mandatory
• Good command of English
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment will be an advantage, but candidates from BPO, shared services or consulting environments are also welcome
