ERP Project Manager Data Migration

• Proven experience in M&A, carve-outs, or divestitures managing TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) for ERP/HRIS platforms.
• Strong background in ERP/HRIS service delivery, data governance, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership during complex system migrations.

We are seeking an experienced ERP / HRIS TSA Manager to oversee Transition Service Agreement (TSA) governance, service delivery, and migration execution during a corporate separation/carve-out.
