Project Manager SAP S4HANA Carve-Out Programme
- 6-8 years of project management experience in complex IT programmes
- Proven PMO experience delivering SAP S4HANA Public Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP ecosystems including MDG, GTS, Concur and Ariba
- Experience with PLM systems, ideally Windchill
- Demonstrated expertise in contract and commercial management
- Track record managing carve-out or separation projects
- Strong financial management skills including forecasting and accruals
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
- Excellent risk identification and mitigation capabilities
- Proficiency in scope and change control management
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to manage cross-system integration dependencies
- Experience supporting go-live and project closure activities

Our client is undertaking a significant enterprise transformation programme, implementing SAP S4HANA Public Cloud alongside integrated SAP ecosystems including MDG, GTS, Concur and Ariba, plus Windchill PLM. This complex carve-out project requires professional PMO expertise to ensure standardised, timely and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams and vendor partnerships.
They're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Nexus programme in Warsaw. This 6-month contract offers you the opportunity to lead critical PMO functions across a large-scale SAP transformation, managing governance, risk, financials and delivery for a multi-system integration project.
Position Overview
As Project Manager, you'll provide full-lifecycle PMO services for projects within the Nexus programme. You'll establish unified project management processes, manage scope and schedules, coordinate risk mitigation across internal teams and external vendors, oversee financial and commercial management, and control delivery quality through to go-live and project closure. This role is central to ensuring the programme achieves its objectives on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
