We are looking for motivated graduates and early-career tech talent eager to grow in the IT industry. You will join a 1-year project supporting our client - a banking institution based in Valencia. While the role is centered around the client's site in Valencia, you can work remotely from Poland with occasional business travel to Spain.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal professional experience who show a strong passion for software engineering, cloud computing, automation, or AI.
  • Core Tech Skills:
    • Basic understanding of programming concepts, software development methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
    • Familiarity with at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Soft Skills & Mindset:
    • High analytical and critical-thinking skills with a natural curiosity to learn emerging technologies.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive banking data responsibly.
    • Fluent English and great communication skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
    • Great collaboration skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Exposure to web, mobile, AI, cloud, database, or automation technologies through academic projects, internships, hackathons, or bootcamps.
    • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
