  • Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent solid experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching technologies (configuration, optimization, complex issue resolution).
  • Juniper Routing & Switching skills (Level 3 skill level).
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers/switches in large production environments.
  • Advanced protocol knowledge: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, STP, VRF.
  • Hands-on skills in network security rules and security configuration.
  • Experience with network management and monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco Prime, Wireshark).
  • Skills in designing network solutions (routing, security, redundancy).
  • English: Fluent in spoken and written technical communication (direct interaction with customer, vendors, and offshore team).

Job Description

This is a remote position.

The selected consultant will join an existing 15-person team supporting LAN, WAN (including SD-WAN), and Wi-Fi infrastructure. Primary responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, designing solutions (HLD, LLD, Run Books), and collaborating directly with the customer and vendors. Key initiatives include a major routing migration from Zscaler to Palo Alto and preparing for a Wi-Fi 6 rollout (conducting surveys and designing migrations in brownfield environments).

Initial on-site visit to Poznan at the customer site is required at the start of the engagement to meet the team



,[ Design, optimize, and support enterprise LAN, WAN (including SD-WAN), and Wi-Fi infrastructure. ,   Gather customer requirements, prepare, and update documentation: High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and Run Books. ,   Conduct site surveys and design wireless migrations for the Wi-Fi 6 rollout (primarily brownfield environments). ,   Support complex routing migrations from Zscaler to Palo Alto across all sites. ,   Direct technical contact and collaboration with vendors (specifically Cisco and Palo Alto ). ,   Collaborate with deployment teams and support topology or service changes when needed. ] Requirements: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, LLD, Palo Alto, Wireless, Cisco, CCNP, Switches, BGP, VLAN, Network management, Wireshark, Security Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, International projects.
