  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3+ years in FinTech, retail banking, digital banking, or neobanking
  • Strong understanding of core banking concepts, including double-entry ledgers, card issuing architecture, and interest calculation
  • Practical knowledge of payment rails and standards such as SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, Faster Payments, and ISO 20022
  • Good understanding of banking security and regulatory frameworks, including PCI-DSS, PSD2/PSD3, GDPR, and KYC/AML requirements
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to confidently discuss APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, scalability, resiliency, and fault-tolerant systems with technical teams
  • Proven experience delivering complex products within tightly controlled regulatory or compliance environments
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

About the role

In this role you will own the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery, working across both greenfield digital banking initiatives and core banking modernization. The role requires a strong understanding of how modern financial products work beneath the user interface—from payment processing and ledger logic to onboarding, compliance, and scalable system architecture.

You will work closely with Engineering, Solution Architects, Compliance, and other stakeholders to translate complex customer, business, technical, and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable banking products.
