Programme Manager
- 8+ years of programme management / delivery leadership in large-scale, global initiatives
- Proven experience in platform and data migration programmes, ideally with exposure to regulated environments
- Strong ability to manage RAID logs, governance gates, financial tracking, and KPIs/OKRs
- Deep familiarity with data management, analytics ecosystems, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management across business, technology, risk, and external vendors
- Demonstrated experience of adoption and change leadership at enterprise scale
- Ability to influence senior leadership and manage competing priorities
- Agile delivery experience (SAFe or similar certification advantageous)
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills; proficient in English
Desirable / Nice to Have
- Experience with SAS migration programmes, Big Data solutions, and cloud analytics platforms
- Familiarity with data lineage, reconciliation, and post-migration assurance practices
- Track record of coaching global teams and embedding delivery best practices
