Project Manager HR Systems, REMOTE GDYNIA WARSAW CRACOW POZNAN GDAŃSK

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in IT or business transformation projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in HR systems (e.g., euHReka, Workday, SAP, Strada/ADP)
  • Exposure to system implementation or migration projects (e.g., cloud migration, HR systems, ERP, payroll, or similar platforms)
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in a structured environment (preferably enterprise or multinational setup)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendor)
  • Good understanding of risk and issue tracking, with ability to escalate appropriately
  • Basic understanding of HR/payroll processes or enterprise back-office systems

This role is urgently required to oversee and resolve critical operational and technical issues arising during the migration of a payroll system to a cloud-based solution.
