Project Manager Order Management Transition & Transformation

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Transition Management, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Experience working within Order Management, Customer Operations, Shared Services, BPO, Consulting, or Supply Chain environments.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order Management processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading process improvement projects and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a consulting, outsourcing, or shared services environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with business process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
