2+ years of experience managing or coordinating software releases, projects, or similar activities from planning through to implementation.
Experience working in an Agile environment and an Agile mindset.
Good understanding of software development and release processes.

Ability to read and analyze third-party logs and technical documentation.
Basic understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Familiarity with containerized environments, particularly Docker.
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
Basic knowledge of web technologies and software design patterns.
Understanding of Continuous Integration concepts is an advantage.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to support global initiatives and collaborate across different time zones.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting production deployments or troubleshooting release-related issues.
Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members.

Your role

As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the release process, ensuring that new features, updates, and changes are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with the expected level of quality.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other teams to plan releases, coordinate activities, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the release cycle. You will help create a structured and predictable release process while continuously looking for opportunities to improve how we deliver changes to our products and customers.
