Senior Release Manager
- 5+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, project management, or a similar technology role.
- Proven experience managing complex releases or projects from planning through to production implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development, testing, UAT, deployment, and release lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of release management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Experience managing multiple releases, projects, dependencies, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned areas and drive activities through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Experience identifying and managing technical and business risks throughout the release lifecycle.
- Ability to understand and work with technical documentation, logs, and information related to software and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and web technologies.
- Good understanding of Continuous Integration and CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and across different time zones.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
- Experience with release automation and DevOps practices.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Your role
As a Senior Release Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end release management process, ensuring that complex software releases are planned, coordinated, and delivered successfully across the organization. You will provide leadership and direction throughout the release lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality and predictable delivery.
You will be responsible for managing multiple releases and related initiatives at the same time, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring a smooth transition of solutions into production. You will also play a key role in continuously improving release processes, procedures, and ways of working across the organization.
